Yes. PACE uses native background location so your drive keeps recording when the screen locks, and it autosaves to your device so trips survive interruptions.
Does it drain my battery?+
GPS tracking uses power, but PACE is tuned to sample efficiently and stops automatically when you've been idle. For long road trips, a car charger is still a good idea.
