Is PACE a GPS car tracker for theft recovery?+
PACE is a driving tracker, not a hardware anti-theft beacon. It records the drives you take from your phone with route history, speed, and stats — it doesn't stay powered in a parked, phone-free car like a wired GPS tag.
Does it work with CarPlay?+
Yes. PACE supports Apple CarPlay for maps and the speedometer, and Apple Watch for a glanceable speed readout. CarPlay maps roll out as Apple grants the required entitlement.
Can I share my car's live location with friends?+
Yes, optionally. You can share live location during group drives or on the live community map, and turn it off anytime with ghost mode. Nothing is shared unless you choose to.
Does it record automatically?+
You start a trip and PACE records the rest, including in the background with the screen off, then auto-stops when you've been idle so you don't end up with empty parked time.
